Glock-18 | Fade
Purple rarity, not red. Floats stop at 0.08, and collectors pay for fade percent instead of wear.
Wear ranges up to 0.08
Float is assigned to a copy once and never edited by use. Each wear name labels one stretch of that scale, and this Glock carries only the two stretches that its float limits reach. The Overlap column shows how short that range is.
| Wear | Overlap | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Factory New | 0.00 – 0.07 | Listed wear |
| Minimal Wear | 0.07 – 0.08 | Narrow slice |
The seed sets the price, not the rarity tier
The Assault Collection has held Glock-18 Fade since 14 August 2013. It is Restricted, and no StatTrak version exists. Float ends at 0.08, so nearly every copy is Factory New. The strip from 0.07 to 0.08 is Minimal Wear.
Wear hardly varies, so the pattern seed does the work. Fade percent is a community score for how clean the gradient looks, which makes a 100 percent fade and an 80 percent fade different goods. Valve does not print that percent, and the pattern guide explains why.
A listing that only says Factory New therefore tells you very little. Ask for the percent, and compare it with the percent on the copy you are measuring against.
