AK-47 | The Empress
This 2017 covert belongs to Spectrum 2. That case differs from the Spectrum case that contains Bloodsport.
Wear ranges for The Empress
The float on a copy never moves, however much it is used. Wear names label stretches of that number. Only the stretches that overlap this finish's float limits can show up, as the table below sets out. Its Overlap column shows how much of each range this skin can actually cover, which is worth checking against any listing before you trust its wear name.
| Wear | Overlap | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Factory New | 0.00 – 0.07 | Listed wear |
| Minimal Wear | 0.07 – 0.15 | Listed wear |
| Field-Tested | 0.15 – 0.38 | Listed wear |
| Well-Worn | 0.38 – 0.45 | Listed wear |
| Battle-Scarred | 0.45 – 1.00 | Listed wear |
Two Spectrum cases, two coverts
Released 14 September 2017 within The Spectrum 2 Collection, The Empress has a counterpart in the earlier Spectrum case: AK-47 Bloodsport. Both are the same weapon at red rarity, yet they come from different collections. A trade-up leads to one skin and never to the other.
In the rare slot, the Spectrum 2 Case holds knife finishes. As for the AK itself, its float window is 0.00 to 1.00 and StatTrak copies exist. Since both Spectrum rifles carry the same red rarity, confirm which collection a trade-up needs before you buy either one.
