Farmskins is easy to enter and hard to audit. The cashier takes cards, wallets, gift cards, skins and crypto from $5, the operator is named, and Trustpilot sits at 4.6. What you cannot do is check a round's result, read a published payout time, or take cash out: the only exit is a CS2 skin delivered through a section called Warehouse.
We visited on 29 September 2026 from Georgia, signed in with Steam, read the Terms and the cashier, and sent one support ticket. We did not deposit or withdraw, so everything about payout speed below comes from the site's published rules and from public reviews.
Where the site's own pages disagree
Three points do not line up. The cashier says $5 while the Terms speak of $4 for withdrawals. The free tasks look like a no-deposit offer while withdrawal needs a deposit. And the Trustpilot summary praises fast withdrawals, yet the site publishes no timing we could compare it with.
The summary also lists complaints about items that became unavailable for withdrawal after updates, plus hidden odds. That is the summary retold, not our test. Still, it matches what we could not verify: no published odds and no published payout terms.
Getting money out: skins only, through Warehouse
A bot sends a Steam trade offer and you collect the item from Warehouse. We found no cash route to a card, wallet or crypto address. The site lists four conditions: at least one deposit, a public Steam inventory, no VAC ban and a working Trade Offer URL.
The first condition decides most of the experience. Rewards that arrive free cannot be taken out until you have topped up once. The Terms say $4 unlocks item withdrawals, while the cashier minimum is $5.
We found no minimum, maximum, timing or fee for withdrawals, and no verification threshold. The pages we viewed do not say how Farmskins treats Steam's 7-day Trade Protection on items.
Downside: to turn a skin into money you sell it on a third-party site, which takes its own cut, so you get less than the Farmskins price. Work out that gap before you deposit, and ask support about Trade Protection first if speed matters.
A $1 nudge, a task list and a $5 gate: the first look
The promo code is cs2check. On 1 Oct 2026 we entered it and checked the result ourselves: the credit of $1.00 landed on the balance at once, with no deposit. It works for accounts at Steam level 1 or higher, and per the partner it is for new users only.
The headline figure is $1, from the Partnership information block with this code. The site's rank table for the starting rank shows $0.90, so its own pages disagree and we quote the higher number.
Here is the fine print from our 1 Oct 2026 check of the code. It works from Steam level 1, and a level-0 account is refused with "You should have at least 1 steam level". The partner page lists three fixed amounts by partner tier: $0.90, $0.95 and $1.00 (Underdog, Money Maker, Golden Boy). The code also adds 10% on the next deposit, and the next code can be entered after 24 hours.
We found no wagering multiplier in the terms. The practical condition is the $4-5 deposit a won skin needs before it can be withdrawn.
We entered the code on 1 October 2026 and the site refused a level-0 Steam account with the message "You should have at least 1 steam level". We did not measure the credited amount.

Free rewards are the rest of day one. One-time tasks pay Crystals: 35 for joining Discord, 25 for each of the email, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Telegram and push-notification tasks, 185 in total. The X task pays a free case of unstated value. The terms do not mention a deposit for these tasks, but Crystals only buy Reward Cases, and a skin won there cannot leave the site without a deposit.

Downside: the gap between the two pages is only $0.10, so hunting for a better code is wasted effort. If the bonus matters to you, compare sites by payout terms instead of by the size of the welcome credit.
Getting money in: does the $5 minimum apply everywhere?
Yes. Cards, wallets, gift cards, skin deposits through partners and crypto all start at $5 in the cashier, with quick buttons from $5 to $500. Crediting time is shown as 5-30 minutes, which we did not time. We found no maximum and no site fee.

| Route | Bonus (site's claim) | Catch |
|---|---|---|
| Card via Ecommpay | +3% | ZEN-processed cards are refused from five countries |
| Kinguin gift card | +5% | None found |
| Skins via Skin2Pay | +10% of skin value | Partner marketplace sets the deal terms |
| Skins via Skinsback, Cash4Skins, SkinPlace | None | Same partner model |
| Crypto via Swapped | None | Confirmed from Georgia |
On $100, the +10% skin route is worth $10 and the +3% card route $3, if the claims hold. We did not test them or check whether they stack with a code.
Downside: separate BTC and ETH pages were empty from Georgia and we had no second location to compare. If you want to pay in direct Bitcoin or Ethereum, look at the cashier from your own address before relying on it; Swapped worked for us.
Fairness: what could we actually check?
We could check very little. On the pages we viewed there is no mention of provably fair, no verification page and no house edge for the three main modes. For Skin Changer our notes show a house edge of 0, but we could not confirm where the value comes from, so we do not rely on it.
The practical meaning is that results are taken on trust, and the price of play is unknown. Our notes also say the Terms describe the service as skill-based with three questions at sign-up, while the modes themselves look random; that wording needs checking against the Terms before anyone leans on it.
Reputation split: why does 4.6 sit next to 21.8% one-star?
On Trustpilot, Farmskins has 4.6 from 1,248 reviews, with 69.7% five-star and 21.8% one-star as of 29 September 2026. The last 12 months account for 463 of them, and the company answers 93% of negative reviews. Trustpilot also notes that the company has not invited customers to review recently, so the score may not be representative.

We read the 20 latest English reviews, written between 10 August and 28 September 2026: 19 five-star and one 1-star, with no reports of blocks or KYC, and 12 of the 20 under ten words. None carried a Verified label. The one-star author wrote that battles of $50-60 returned $1-2.
Downside: a milder sample than the page overall (95% five-star against 69.7%) shows how recent reviews can flatter the score. Treat 4.6 as a mood, and decide on payout terms and fairness instead.
Support under one question: how long does a Visa answer take?
We sent ticket #47545 on 30 September 2026, asking how to deposit with Visa. An automatic receipt arrived at 5:03 PM and a written answer at 5:27 PM, about 24 minutes later: open Refill, choose VISA/Mastercard, pick a method. That is one ticket and one easy question, so support gets 3.0 of 5.

Channels are live chat, [email protected] and WeChat. Chat hours are not stated, so we do not confirm 24/7.
Who it suits and who should skip: pros and cons
Farmskins fits an adult who wants cheap cases, upgrades and contracts, is happy to be paid in skins and will stake only a small sum. It does not fit anyone who needs cash payouts or a result they can verify.

Cons
- Withdrawal only in skins, with no published minimum, timing or fee
- No provably fair mention and no house edge for the main modes
- No gambling licence found
- Referral credit of $1 is small next to a $5 minimum
Before your first deposit

The Terms forbid use from Belgium, Denmark, Russia, Slovakia, Sweden and Norway, plus sanctioned and FATF-list countries. ZEN also refuses cards from Australia, Austria, China, the Netherlands and Singapore.

Score: 2.8 of 5: playable, but unverifiable
Promo is the top criterion at 4.0, because the code gives about $1 with no wagering requirement found. Game modes, trust and support follow at 3.0 each: four in-house modes, a named operator with a Trustpilot warning, and one 24-minute ticket.
The two weakest are fairness at 1.0, since nothing can be recalculated, and deposit and withdrawal at 2.5, since the exit is skins only with unpublished terms. Together they hold the total at 2.8 despite a high review rating.
